DG Robson Mechanical Services, Data Centre Installation
Project Scope – Data Centre Installation
To transport, offload and position 160 pre-fabricated Service Modules at a new Data Centre facility in Corby.
Solutions
JWI supplied a full scope project providing haulage, offloading, positioning and lifting services to DG Robson and T.Clarke Building Services for their new data centre.
JWI worked closely with DGR’s manufacturing base to ensure logistical solutions were flexible and efficient throughout the challenging build program.
Close liaison with all stakeholders was critical to ensure the most efficient delivery schedule and installation program. Short notice amendments and changes to the program were overcome at short notice on a regular basis throughout the installation process.
Working closely with the client Site Supervision team to ensure the safe and efficient installation of the modules whilst working around other trades to meet the overall build program.
Result and Client Benefits
JWI delivered this project, ahead of schedule by liaising closely with all stakeholders to ensure the installation was a success regardless of the inevitable issues that arise on major building project on a tight build program.
