Here at Jack Waghorn International we provide machinery installations and machinery relocations for a wide range of clean, high-tech industries throughout the UK and worldwide. We are experienced in all aspects of these projects including:
- Project management, CDM and health and safety assessment
- Collection from the manufacturer or dismantling plant and machinery and marking it up for reassembly
- Warehousing
- Export packaging and documentation
- Delivery to site on the date and time required
- All craneage, contract lifting, forklifting and other equipment, trained personnel and know-how to offload and lift your machinery into position
- Assistance to the manufacturer’s engineers during assembly
- Mechanical, electrical, IT and hydraulics services.
Our machinery installations teams are used to working to a construction programme and with other trades on site, to receiving and inspecting machinery on arrival on site, working with manufacturers’ engineers on assembly and to protecting machinery while other work is carried out around it.
To organise our machinery installation we carry out site visits in advance to ensure that we have every detail planned. We will have risk assessments, method statements, the correct equipment and personnel (with their certification) in place so that you can have complete 'peace of mind'. |
