Using Your Personal Information

Jack Waghorn International will hold personal information given to us by you or the company you work for or represent in order to do business with those companies. This information usually consists only of work and work mobile telephone numbers and email addresses and will be held on our own appliances and on Microsoft 365.

If you are an employee or sub-contractor of a supplier and need to attend a site in connection with the supplier’s business with us we may collect more information about you (either direct or from the company for whom you work) and will forward this to the organisation running or in charge of health and safety on the site. The purpose for which we do this is to enable us and the site to assess your working capacity and because sites need to know who is going to be on their premises.
