We are recruiting an Operations Manager
JWI are looking to make a strategic recruitment of an Operations Manager to work alongside the operations team and continue to develop our successful client base and growing business. The successful candidate will be able to work the majority of their week from home but must be available to attend Head Office in Burgess Hill for 2 days of the week where they will report to the directors.

Job title: Operations Manager
Salary: £50-55k (depending on experience) plus company car
Location: Can be based from home but must be able to attend head office in Burgess Hill for two days a week
Our Business: We are a family owned machinery moving company specialising in clean, high tech and data centre industries with a mission to provide high quality services to demanding purchasers. We aim to provide a high quality of service and have ISO pool and Safe Contractor approvals.
Your role and responsibilities:
- To direct and control the company’s operations and operations staff ensuring the company is providing the appropriate services and achieving its business objectives. You will be responsible for managing the Project managers and the Supervisors and Operatives who carry out our projects, together with arranging their training and advising the Directors of any necessary equipment purchases
- To take charge of the Company’s health and safety complying with legislation and ensuring the company is a safe place to work and carrying out incident investigations when needed
- To establish and maintain day to day links with customers and to run your own portfolio of projects.
- You will report to the directors.
